1.PURPOSE & MISSION

The Westerville Area Realty Association, a not for profit organization that cultivates positive relationships among Realtors, Real Estate Service Providers, home buyers and sellers and the general public. We provide leadership, promote ethical practices, and elevate the professional knowledge and services of our members. We encourage cooperation for the benefit of our clients, support charitable organizations.

From time to time we do make donations to organizations outside of our communities, for example the American Red Cross and Save the Children Tsunami Relief Effort. Given our limited resources it was decided that our money would make the greatest impact within our own community. Our Bylaws - click or touch here.

2.MEETINGS

Currently Our New Meeting Location is at The Family Room Coffee Shop, 545 S Otterbein Ave, Westerville, OH 43081.

Doors open at 8:15AM and the meetings starts at 8:45AM on Thursdays each week. Up to six houses may be scheduled for the tour which usually ends between 11:00 – 11:30AM.

If Westerville schools are canceled our meeting is also canceled.

If there is a Westerville school 2 hour delay the meeting is held regardless.
